3rd Annual Dallas Easter Run (Re-Cap)

The results are in! On March 26th, the Saturday morning of Easter Weekend, The Last Well and 800+ runners came together for the Easter run hosted by First Baptist Dallas.

We are excited to announce that The Last Well will be receiving $4,800 as the race’s beneficiary to go straight to bringing the Gospel and clean water to Liberia! With this, another village will now hear the Good News of Jesus Christ through the provision of clean water for their community.

We were also greatly encouraged by all those that took on the Water Walk Challenge!

A special thanks goes out to DC & Alex (see above photo, bottom right) who took on the challenge and carried a jerry can full of water for the whole 4 mile race! DC & Alex, both high school freshman, approached us right before race time and told us they wanted to support The Last Well and raise awareness through the challenge.

DC and Alex wanted to walk the same distance and experience the same challenge children face everyday in Liberia just to get water for their families. They are definitely among the next generation of world changers and difference makers for God!

Check out our race video below and be sure to mark your calendars for next year’s Easter run on Easter Weekend. We hope to see you there!
